- Custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges! Contact us to arrange a swap, and we’ll process your replacement once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
